Maria Ball · Self-Love & Empowerment Coach

Hi, I'm Maria.

I help women come home to themselves — and finally, finally feel at ease in the life they've built.

If you've been the woman who keeps it together for everyone, who reads about boundaries but still says yes when she means no, who lies awake at 2am wondering when the loud parts of her life will quiet down — you're in the right place.

This is the work that brought me here, in my own life. And it is the work I'd be honoured to do alongside you.

You don't need to become someone new. You need to come home to the woman you've been quietly trying to outrun.

The Story

I lived this work before I taught it.

There was a season — maybe you know the one — where I kept saying yes when I meant no. Where I read the same paragraph in a book three times and couldn't tell you what it said. Where I'd walk through my front door, smile, and quietly grieve the version of me who used to laugh easily.

I don't know what changed first. Maybe I was just tired.

The moment I stopped negotiating with my own worth, the rest of my life began to rearrange itself around the answer.

Boundaries got easier. Confidence got quieter. The people who were meant to stay, stayed.

Now I help other women find the same answer — softer, faster, and with more company than I had.

Five things I'd whisper to every woman.

Self-love is not a luxury. It is the floor everything else is built on.

Confidence isn't loud — it's quiet, steady, and yours.

Loving yourself unconditionally doesn't make you selfish. It makes you whole.

Every woman deserves to be her own safe place — her own support, her own cheerleader.

When a woman stops abandoning herself, the rest of her life rearranges itself around the woman she becomes.

What it actually looks like to work with me.

Not abstract concepts. Real conversations, real practice, real change — at a pace your body trusts.

01 Accept

We start where you actually are.

Not the version you'd present at a dinner party. The real one — including the parts you've been quietly hoping no one would notice. This is where the work begins, with kindness instead of correction.

02 Love

We rebuild the relationship.

Some weeks we'll talk about boundaries. Some weeks we'll sit with what hurts. Some weeks we'll laugh more than we expected. Mostly, we'll pay attention — to your body, your patterns, your real answers.

03 Radiate

You leave with new instincts, not new affirmations.

By the end of our work, confidence isn't something you remember to feel. It's how you move. The decisions get clearer. The sentence comes out the first time. Your nervous system catches up with the woman you've become.

Before We Begin

Is this for you?

I'd rather be honest now than charming later. Here's how to tell if we're a fit.

This is for you if…

  • you're tired of being the strong one
  • you've outgrown the version of yourself who needed to apologize
  • you're ready to stop performing and start arriving
  • you want a life that fits the woman you've become
  • you're done waiting for the right moment to choose yourself
or

This isn't for you if…

  • you're looking for a quick reset or a 7-day fix
  • you'd rather talk about change than practice it
  • you want someone to tell you what to feel
  • you'd rather rehearse the same story than rewrite it

If you're nodding along — let's talk.

I keep my coaching practice intentionally small — the women who choose to work with me get all of me, not a fraction of my attention.
